Happy Tuesday! It’s time to share our weekly pull list from the Mary Sue’s Pull Wisely crew: me, Jessica Lachenal, and Teresa Jusino. We’ve got a lot of cool super-heroines on the docket as usual, plus a couple of other fun things.
Marvel Comics is still ramping up its Civil War II crossover event; this week’s Ms. Marvel issue introduces Kamala Khan to the fight, alongside her young peers Nova and Spider-Man. Meanwhile, Captain Marvel wraps up its current arc this week so that Carol Danvers can join the Civil War II fray next time around.
Over at DC Comics, this week marks the first “Rebirth” issue! In case you weren’t already confused enough about the New 52 changes to canon, now it’s time for some more weird stuff to happen. Love it or hate it, you gotta admit you’re curious.
Plus, we’ve got the Assassin’s Creed trade paperback out this week. Remember back when we reviewed the very first issue of Titan Comics’ spin-off series about the Ubisoft video game franchise? Now the TP’s out, so you can get caught up on Charlotte’s assassination adventures all in one go.
Which issues will you be picking up tomorrow? Let us know in the comments, as always!
